The idea for a Public Tea Party becomes clearer, with everyone being in charge for different parts.
Hosting a tea party was acknowledged as something that's quintessential about hosting in Colchester (well, England), but to move it from the private front room to a public space. So the familiarity of having tea and biscuits mixes with unfamiliar places and faces. A Public Tea party could become a permanent element for the new Colchester Inn - a spublic social event that needs a certain set of equipment.
